  1. The cleanse surpassed my expectations. Surprisingly, I didn't feel hungry at all, and by the end of the three days, I felt fantastic. I highly recommend reading the small booklet that comes with the box, especially the sections on pre and post-cleanse—it was incredibly helpful.

  2. I make it a point to do the signature cleanse once or twice a year—it's like hitting the reset button. It works wonders, and I usually find myself sticking to healthier habits for quite some time afterward!

  3. These juices are seriously delicious, even the spicy ones! Sticking to a schedule of drinking one every two hours really helped keep hunger at bay. This is my second time doing it, and I'm loving every moment!
