Juicing is the beauty secret I am most excited to share. I have been infatuated with the power of plants for my whole life. When my grandmother taught me to juice the ingredients picked fresh from our garden, I discovered that green vegetables, colorful fruits, and medicinal plants are nature’s great beautifiers — they flood our cells with the nutrients from which supple skin, shiny hair, and strong nails are made. Juicing has been at the heart of my daily ritual ever since — gratefully using the powerful compounds in plants to ignite radiance and glow from within. I call my philosophy Nutraceutical Beauty® and it is more effective than any fancy cream or treatment I’ve found.
