“I don’t believe in fat-free, diets, or fake food. I also don’t believe you should feel deprived when you want to eat healthy. Food should taste good! And you should enjoy eating it—whether you’re out with friends or cooking for yourself. You don’t have to resign yourself to steamed veggies. When you crave the best possible foods for you, you feel nourished on every level.”

“I get up every day at 5:00 a.m. I love it. Because it’s my time, before my husband or kids are up. Some days I work out, some days I don’t. But you’ll always find me up at that hour. Sometimes I just take a walk to get a coffee after my lemon water of course!  Oh, and I’ve been known to have a square of superdark chocolate, at least 80% cocoa, with my coffee. Not a day goes by that I don’t have a little chocolate. And I don’t feel one bit bad about it.”
