All data is rounded to meet current U.S. FDA NLEA guideline. Percentage data refers to percentage of recommended U.S. Daily Values for 2000 calorie diet. Due to the handcrafted nature of our juices and smoothies, actual nutritional values may vary slightly. Occasionally, recipe or ingredient changes may cause the information presented on this website to be incomplete.

Shari is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian and has calculated the nutritional information for our menu selections. She holds degrees in both Nutrition and Public Health and has completed the U.S. Food Laws course at the Michigan State University Institute for Food Laws and Regulations. She has been a featured speaker at the American Culinary Federation National Convention, a published author and regular contributor to AOLHealth.
