The premium-quality juices on our regular menu are made to order from pounds of vegetables and fruits using a commercial centrifugal juicer. We created our rainbow of recipes to meet a wide range of tastes and preferences. Our raw juices are bursting with a higher percentage of vitamins, minerals and enzymes than store-bought juices which have been heat-treated for a longer shelf life. They should be consumed within a few hours of purchase for maximum nutritional benefit.

Wheatgrass is always made to order with a slow-gear commercial juice press. You should consume your shot immediately for maximum nutritional benefit.

For our orange juice, we use a commercial-grade citrus juice extractor. It produces sweeter orange juice by instantly separating the fruit from the bitter pith and unhealthy peel oil that other juicers leave in.

The juices created by our two partner businesses, Cooler Cleanse and Healing Cooler, are made each morning with a hydraulic press. This labor-intensive method extracts the juice without sacrificing powerful vitamins, minerals and enzymes. Since extremely minimal oxidation occurs with this method, these fresh pressed juices will stay potent for up to three days when kept chilled. A limited daily supply is available in each of our stores for Juice Generation customers to take home.

We clean and sanitize our juicers daily. All of our juicing equipment undergoes regular servicing to ensure that you are served a premium-quality juice each and everyday.
